Patient Portal · Max Health
Do I need an account?
Yes, a free Max Health account. It is the same sign-in you use everywhere else at Max Health, and the free level is enough to read your records; there is no separate password for the portal.
What can I actually see here?
Your allergies, conditions, medications, immunizations, lab results, procedures, documents and imaging, gathered from the providers you have connected and laid out as an International Patient Summary.
Someone shared a link to their records with me. Do I need to sign in?
No. A shared link opens read-only without an account. It may ask you for a passcode, and it stops working once it expires.
Can I share my own records?
Yes, as a link or a QR code. You choose what it covers and how long it stays open, from one hour to three days, and you can put a passcode on it.
Can I look at my scans?
Yes. A quick view opens CT, MRI, X-ray and ultrasound studies right here in the browser, with scrolling, zoom, pan and contrast. For a closer look, the same study opens in the DICOM Viewer, which adds side-by-side layouts, reconstructed planes and measurements. Nothing to download or install either way.
Is my health data used to train AI?
No. Your records are yours. AI features work on your data to answer your questions, and consent is explicit, reviewable and revocable per data-sharing relationship.
Can it tell me what is wrong?
No. It shows what your providers recorded and nothing more. Interpreting a result is your clinician's job, and this is not built for making a diagnosis.
